In February of 2018, I was in South Texas for a visit. This picture caught my eye as we headed out on the boat to go fishing. It caught my eye because all the way around it was still major damage from Hurricane Harvey. The blues from the boat, water and sky spoke to my soul. This area was still in recovery mode.
